What a whirlwind the end of summer into fall has been! I can’t believe summer has traded in its warmth, fall has almost shed all of her leaves and winter is on the horizon here in New England! Also on the horizon for us is the upcoming world appearance of our first child, Rose Lynn! Though we can’t be too sure the exact date of her arrival, we are anticipating her to join us in Mid-December with a due date of Dec. 11th.

With this in mind, you’ll have to forgive me for the many missed months of updates and reflective blog posts. This season of ministry and growing a family has been incredibly fruitful and I am grateful to serve on this team and be encouraged by so many loved ones. Here are the ministry highlights, the prayer requests and the plans I’m praying into for the upcoming new year.
July:
We hosted one of my favorite mission teams here in Manchester, New Hampshire. Walnut Hill Youth came to Maine last year and helped break ground on bringing mission teams to my hometown area! They are an incredible group, on fire for the Lord, coming to serve with arms open for the strangers they met, the projects they were tasked with and their love for the Lord. Here in Manchester, we served alongside Roca Kids Club, 1269 Cafe, and Hope City Breakfast. We also helped with work projects, food distribution to foster families and more. This team even blessed me with my first baby gifts! Oh how sweet it is to be in connection with them through the body of Christ!
**Excitingly, they’ve already decided to return to Maine in 2026 for another awesome week on mission serving like Jesus!

August:
We hosted one more team in Manchester and again, God used them to bless and serve the city of Manchester. We were also able to travel to Ohio for my cousin’s wedding which was a beautiful moment to gather with family and spend time together.
September:
We hosted our annual STM fall staff debrief days here in Manchester. Usually we travel to our base in Gainesville, GA for this gathering of our team. However, we wanted to share all that God is doing in Manchester and all that we are praying for to continue on into 2026 and beyond. It was an awesome few days of celebrating, reflecting and reviewing where God is leading all of us in 2026. We celebrated the growth of adding 3 new staff to our team, sending almost double the number of teams out into the world, and many personal areas of growth for us all. We reflected on the amazing testimonies of God at work in the locations of our ministry partners and the personal growth stories from participants during their time serving with us. We reviewed spaces we can continue to improve, new locations God is leading us to connect teams, and new opportunities for us to partner with what God is doing in groups and around the world.

October:
Just when I thought ministry would slow down a bit, I was continuing to send teams off to serve in Black Mountain, North Carolina with our disaster relief ministry. They honored the one year mark of the hurricane with a large community gathering. This was a beautiful time of reflection, sharing of testimonies and gathering the community together. In October we also work on many preparations for the upcoming new year, one of my favorite projects is to help draft our participant devotional.
November:
And now, here we are in November, continuing to look ahead to the end of this year and the beginning of a new one full of new opportunities and new changes.
As we move toward the end of 2025, my primary prayer is:
- to build my partnership team for 2026. I currently have around 13 monthly partners sharing in giving generously to support this ministry. My goal is to enter December with 20 monthly partners, covering the remainder of the gap to continue on.
My secondary prayers are:
- for God’s continued guidance and leadership as we connect further in this community and walk into new opportunities for teams to serve here in NH.
- for 1 more team to jump in with the calling to serve in Central Maine in 2026. I know God can plant those seeds of ignition to bring more of His love to Maine through a mission team.
Please join me in prayer and thankfulness for all God is doing and will continue to do going forward. In 2026, I’m looking forward to becoming a mother, continuing to grow in and partner with ministries here in Manchester and sending more teams to Maine than ever before. We currently have 3 teams planning to serve in Maine next year! How awesome is that?! I cannot wait to see and testify of God’s goodness in the months ahead!
May the Lord bless you and keep you and make His face shine upon you!
